What if you are stuck in life?

At some point, I suppose everyone feels stuck. No perspective or no desire to move forward. You’re looking at other people and see happy faces, aspiration and success.

I didn’t experience that in a severe form, but have that feeling in a light version from time to time. On a street, I see one friend and he’s a successful entrepreneur; then in a cafe, I encounter another — he grows his audience on YouTube and published a book. I swipe my feed and see the third one just got the fifth promotion in two years.

Where am I? In the last two years, there weren’t significant changes in my life. I feel stuck.

I am wrong. I just got used to those changes and can’t recognize them at that moment.

But I found a really simple solution, that doesn’t involve high-paid psychologists or any support groups, or anything like that.

30-day challenges.

Last year I started taking 30-day challenges. One after another, with a tiny gap between them to recover. Those challenges expand my vision, help me master new skills, be in better shape, and get new experience.

I don’t feel being stuck. I’m constantly in the process of something, overcoming external and internal obstacles. Completing a challenge, I feel great, successful, content.

Try it next time you are stuck.
